This trick is fairly easy to do. You have to have a shot of volcano to be able to do it and you also need to have a shot of armageddon.
First, cast the volcano spell. Wait until the lava is spread out everywhere and then cast the armageddon spell in the same spot. If done right, the armageddon should be covered with lava. It will not burn your follower's feet and they will not die from it.
